Shipping methods

The way of sending the orders, as well as the corresponding price, is determined in the framework of the commercial agreement that governs the Customer relationship with & Καρεκλάς Κων/νος & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. Indicatively stating, the sending of an order can be done either through the cooperating courier company Speedex at the corresponding cost according to its price list, or by transport.

Deliveries

Orders placed in www.digitalmountains.gr on working days until 15.00 and provided, on the one hand, that the order is approved by the credit department and, on the other hand, that the products of the order are available, are usually delivered on the next working day.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 17.00. Deliveries are not made on holidays and on days when our central warehouse is closed for logistic purposes. Delivery days and hours are valid for working days and hours respectively, not valid for holidays and weekends.

IMPORTANT!

Upon receipt, the condition of the product and its packaging should be thoroughly checked to identify any problems that may have arisen during transport. In case you find any problem in the packaging, please do not proceed with the receipt of the product, but contact us immediately. Warranties-Service

Warranty Period

The guarantee is provided for the products of Καρεκλάς Κων/νος & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. within the terms and conditions of this, and covers all defects that occur within the warranty period and are proven to be due to negligence and / or omissions.

The warranty period is set at 24 months for the PC, Workstation, Server product categories and 12 months for Laptop, Monitor, Spare Parts, Networking, Peripherals, UPS, Printer and POS from the Product Delivery Date, which evidenced by a valid Sales-Shipping Card.

Warranty Terms

  • When sending the defective product, the RMA form must always be filled in, which must also state the reason for the return.
  • The product must be accompanied by a Delivery Note.
  • It should be well packaged.
  • The company Καρεκλάς Κων/νος & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. is not responsible for any damage or damage to the product during transport.
  • Shipping costs to and from the company Καρεκλάς Κων/νος & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε., are from the customer.

Warranty Exceptions

  • After the end of each month from the date of delivery of the product

  • If the fault came from the operation of the product at a voltage and frequency other than that stated on it.
  • If the fault came from the operation of the product during its connection to a network other than that of ΔΕΗ

  • If the damage was caused by a bad or defective condition of the electrical infrastructure of the area where the device was installed or by adverse conditions prevailing inside it or by natural disasters

Warranty Expiration

After the warranty period, the customer is fully responsible for all repair costs.
